Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All Wheelie of Life products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it will enter the production phase, which typically takes 48 hours.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 to 12 business days for all North American orders. Offered for USA,UK, Germany, Australia, Canada, Italy, France. The rest of the world/all other locations may take longer (10-30 days)
Fast Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 8 days after production. All other locations may take longer. Offered for USA,UK, Germany, Australia, Italy, France. Not offered for the rest of the world.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 days after production. All other locations may take longer. Offered for USA,UK, Germany, Australia, Canada, Italy, France. Not offered for the rest of the world.
Duties & Taxes: Wheelie of Life is not responsible for import fees, duties and taxes when shipping products outside of The United States. These fees are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping Fees: Will be calculated at check out. For t-shirts and tank tops fees range from $3-$35 for the first item and $1-$7 for each additional item. For hoodies, sweatshirts and sweatpants fees range from $7-$42 for the first item and $3-20 for each additional item.
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, holidays and unforeseen circumstances like post office strikes.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Wheelie of Life, each product is uniquely made to order, which means we do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color or provided incorrect shipping details. Please ensure all information is accurate before finalizing your purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you received a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your Order ID and a clear picture of the defective or incorrect item.
We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement of refund as appropriate.
Refund Requests:
Refund eligibility is determined by your order status:

Paid: If your order is still in the "Paid" status and production hasn't started, we can issue a full refund upon request.

In Production, Production Completed, or Qualified: If your order is in any of these statuses, we can refund the amount minus the production cost.

Shipped: Once an order has been shipped, we cannot accept refund requests.
